STEP 1 : SURVEY & AUDIT
An understanding of your requirements is key to the successful rollout of an IFHM solution tailored to the specific cleaning needs of your food manufacturing facility
An initial site survey carries no obligation and in it we work alongside you to ascertain your immediate requirements. Following this first visit, you will receive a recommendations report and a 'road map' for the full deployment of IFHM.
STEP 2 : IFHM CONTENT
A prototype online IFHM kit is created within 48 hours of the initial site visit.
While a 'draft' version, it will outline all the cleaning processes, tasks, hazards, suggested chemicals, cleaning schedules etc appropriate to your site.
A second site survey date is agreed for reviewing and tuning the initial version of IFHM with you to create a 'final' system incorporating the data and documents you need and . Of course, you may continue to further refine the system with or without our intervention
STEP 3 : INFORMING YOUR HYGIENE STRATEGY
Survey data produced by IFHM, ongoing support from IFHM consultants and regular reviews/audits of hygiene performance will help you refine your IFHM system and support a proactive hygiene strategy.
A benchmarking mechanism allows you to effectively score your cleaning processes allowing for continual improvement and informative production of management reports that identify strengths and weaknesses as the basis for future hygiene strategy.
STEP 4 : INSTANT UPDATES & VERSATILE OUTPUTS
Any changes to your site’s hygiene specification are instantly captured. In the event of a new cleaning task being assigned, or a change of product or cleaning process, the system will instantly regenerate all the associated charts, schedule, task cards etc. You can either download and print these charts immediately or opt to use our high resolution, digital print-on-demand service.
'Digital-on-Demand' is a IFHM special service that allows you to choose the print size and format of your wall-charts, signage and document library and have them professionally printed. Sizes up to A2 can be accommodated. Signage and wall-charts can be laminated to withstand the production environment. Once you have specified your print requirement, items are printed and dispatched within 24 hours.
